A great mixture of vibes in this weeks podcast… picked it up a little late but the Mala In Cuba album is wicked, a good example of what dubstep is all about… love the way he incorporated traditional Cuban music into his own style… not sure about the overly priced vinyl boxset but definitely worth buying the MP3 album of iTunes…
Also in this weeks podcast, keeping in theme with the Mala in Cuba album, some more latin vibes from the Sunlightsquare band… new music from Flying Lotus, his new album will drop in October, music from Jose James and a track from the recent Fourtet album, Pink… which by the way is a fantastic album as well, the album is mainly for the dance floor, though you can definitely get away with having it on low volume in the background at a posh dinner party 🙂
